Transfer iOS Notes Between Accounts

Enable syncing of notes in iTunes, this will sync the notes to the Mail app (on Lion).

Make sure the destination account is also added to Mail.

Move the notes in Mail

Disable Notes syncing in iTunes (probably allow it to remove notes from the iPhone when it asks)
